Meet Mark Jennings “The Real Estate Guy In The Grand"
With over 30 years in the ever-changing world of real estate, I can honestly say it’s been one of the greatest rides of my life. I’ve had the honor of helping thousands of clients navigate their buying and selling journeys often with their biggest investment and I never take that trust for granted.
I’m licensed in both Arizona and Washington, two very different markets, but the heart of my business is the same everywhere: listening first and serving with patience. Too often in real estate, there’s more talking than listening. I pride myself on truly understanding my clients’ goals and helping them achieve them.
When it comes to selling, I take a bold and modern approach to marketing. Every home I list gets its own custom website, promoted across social media, global marketing channels, and even AI-powered tools to maximize exposure. For buyers, I negotiate with skill and determination to get the best deal possible. I love celebrating with a themed “Housewarming Party” that brings family, friends, and new neighbors together—it’s one of my favorite traditions.
Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about cooking, golf, classic cars, and riding my Harley. Giving back has always been important to me I’ve spent decades volunteering with schools, assisted living communities, and my church, which continues to be a big part of my life.
